Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Putin's good health and well-being. He also conveyed hopes for further progress and prosperity for Russia and its people.
