Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves Robles, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his best wishes for continued welfare and progress to the President and the people of Costa Rica.
