Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of his assumption of office.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir praised the Qatari leader for the achievements made during his tenure and extended wishes for continued progress, development, and welfare for both Sheikh Tamim and the people of Qatar.
His Highness the Amir also expressed appreciation for the cooperation between Kuwait and Qatar and expressed a desire to further strengthen the relations between the two countries.
