Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed wishes for President Berdimuhamedow's good health and wellbeing. He also conveyed his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Turkmenistan and its citizens.
