Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir extended his wishes for good health and well-being to President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. He also expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Portugal and its people.
