Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on Wednesday, sent a cable of congratulations to the Prince of Monaco Albert II, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for the Prince's good health and for the people of Monaco to experience progress and prosperity.
