Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to the Interim President of Mali, Assimi Goita, on the occasion of Mali's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for further progress and development for the leader and the people of Mali.
