Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to Jordanian King Abdullah II on the occasion of Jordan's independence day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness praised the relations between Kuwait and Jordan. He also expressed wishes for the King's long-lasting health and hoped for further progress and prosperity for Jordan and its people under King Abdullah II's leadership.
