Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, conveying his congratulations on the occasion of Ecuador's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir extended his wishes for President Noboa's good health and expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Ecuador and its people.
