Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the Central African Republic President Faustin-Archange Touadera on the occasion of his country’s national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for continued progress and development for the President and the people of the Central African Republic.
