Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Burundian President, Evariste Ndayishimiye, on the occasion of the country's independence day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Ndayishimiye's good health. Additionally, he conveyed his hopes for further progress and prosperity for the people of Burundi.
