Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah extended congratulations to the President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, on the occasion of Bulgaria’s national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir sent a cable expressing his wishes for the president’s lasting health and for continued progress and development for the Bulgarian people.
