Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory message to Bruneian Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Muiz'zaddin on the occasion of Brunei's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in his message, His Highness the Amir expressed wishes for the Sultan's health and for continued progress and development for the people of Brunei.
