Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Lukashenko's continued good health and conveyed hopes for Belarus and its people to experience optimal progress and prosperity.
