Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mohammed Shahabuddin on the occasion of Bangladesh's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir extended his wishes for President Mohammed Shahabuddin's good health and well-being. He also expressed his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Bangladesh and its people.
