Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has conveyed a congratulatory message to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness praised the bilateral ties between Kuwait and Azerbaijan. He extended his wishes for the president's continued health and expressed hopes for further progress and prosperity for Azerbaijan and its people.
