Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, expressing condolences on the fire that gutted a residential complex in Hong Kong, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir extended prayers to the families of the victims, hoping they find patience and strength in coping with the tragedy. He also wished for the quick recovery of those injured in the incident.
