Cairo: KUNA's Deputy Director General Mohammad Al-Mannai and Chairman of Egypt's National Press Authority Abdulsadiq Al-Shorbagy discussed joint cooperation to enhance relations between Kuwait and Egypt. The meeting took place in Cairo on Wednesday, during KUNA's delegation visit to share experience with their Egyptian counterparts.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Mannai emphasized the importance of sharing experience and ideas between Kuwaiti and Egyptian media institutes. This collaboration aims to develop the media field and enable both sides to address the growing challenges in the Arab World. He noted that these shared visits are part of the robust media, political, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries.
Al-Shorbagy welcomed the visit of KUNA's delegation, affirming the strength of Kuwait-Egyptian ties across all levels. He expressed hope that such visits would boost media cooperation and help both sides keep pace with recent technological developments in the media sector.
The discussions also included a proposal to issue a joint photobook on Kuwaiti-Egyptian relations, featuring prominent authors from both countries and highlighting key visits between them.
