Kuwait city: The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announced on Sunday the new prices of liquefied natural gas (LNG), propane, and butane for September. In a statement to KUNA, the corporation specified that a metric ton of propane would be sold for USD 520 throughout September, while a metric ton of butane would be priced at USD 490.
According to Kuwait News Agency, propane and butane are utilized in various sectors, including the petrochemical industry, as well as for cooking and heating. The prices of LNG are influenced by several factors such as global oil prices, market supply and demand, among others.
