According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions took place during a reception held for Vice Admiral Ahlgren and his delegation. During the meeting, Al-Rifai conveyed greetings from the National Guard's Chief Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his deputy Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
