Kuwait city: The Chief of the National Guard, Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, decorated Major General Hamad Salem Al-Barjas with his new rank after an Amiri decree promoted him to Lieutenant General and appointed him as Undersecretary of the National Guard. The ceremony saw the presence of the Deputy Chief of the National Guard, Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the National Guard released a press statement in which Sheikh Mubarak congratulated Lieutenant General Al-Barjas on his new appointment, acknowledging his contributions throughout his military career.
