Israeli Settlers Attack Palestinian Olive Farmers in West Bank

Ramallah: Settlers of the Israeli occupation attacked Palestinian farmers who were picking olives in several regions in the West Bank on Friday. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the emergency ward of the town of Salwad received five farmers who were beaten and injured by the settlers during the attack in the nearby fields.

According to Kuwait News Agency, a single Palestinian was wounded while picking olives in the village of Farkha, south of Silfit town, and was hospitalized for his injuries. In other areas, settlers launched attacks on farmers in the villages of Aqraba, Qabalan, and Qasra, located south of Nablus. Meanwhile, Israeli occupation troops held several farmers and journalists at gunpoint in the plain of Ramin village.
