Israeli Settlers Attack Leaves 11 Palestinians Wounded in Beita

Beita: At least 11 Palestinian people have been injured in an attack launched on Saturday by Israeli settlers on Beita town, south of Nablus, in the West Bank. Medical teams from Rofaida government hospital attended to the injuries, as stated by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Palestine Red Crescent Society also confirmed that its teams dealt with several injured individuals, including journalists, medics, and foreign supporters. The settlers targeted a ceremony for harvesting olives in the town, deliberately attacking people and specifically aiming at reporters and medical teams.

The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate has condemned the attack on journalists, labeling it as a "war crime." In a press statement, the syndicate mentioned it is coordinating with the International Federation of Journalists to engage international bodies for urgent protection of Palestinian journalists facing organized violence.
