Ramallah: A 14-year-old Palestinian child has been killed and two others injured by gunfire from an Israeli settler near Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, as reported by the Palestinian Health Ministry on Sunday evening. The incident has drawn attention to the ongoing tensions in the region. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Palestinian Health Ministry received information from the Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority indicating that Omar Mohammad Rabea, 14, was fatally shot by an Israeli settler on the outskirts of Turmus Ayya. The ministry further stated that two other children, aged 14 and 15, were injured and subsequently transferred to a hospital. One of the children sustained a slight injury, while the other suffered serious wounds. Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that Israeli occupation forces obstructed the movement of ambulances en route to Turmus Ayya, allegedly blocking their way and delaying medical assistance to the injured children. The incident has sparked concerns over the safety and accessibility of medical services in conflict zones.
