Israeli Occupation Airstrikes Result in 39 Palestinian Deaths in Gaza

Gaza: At least 39 Palestinians have been killed and more than 124 others injured in Israeli occupation airstrikes on different areas in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, said health authorities on Wednesday.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the authorities explained that the death toll from the occupation's attacks since March 18 has resulted in 830 deaths and 1,787 injuries, and the death toll since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,183 martyrs and 113,828 injuries.

Meanwhile, hundreds of civilians remain under the rubble of destroyed homes, buildings, or on the roads, as ambulance crews and specialized personnel face difficulties reaching them due to limited resources, the statement added.

Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) reported that the Israeli occupation army continued to forcibly displace thousands of Palestinians in several areas of the Gaza Strip to other areas, this time from areas in Gaza City.

In a social media post, the occupation called on those in the neighborhoods of Western Zeitoun, Tal Al-Hawa, and Sheikh Ajlin to evacuate and move south via Rashid Street to the south of Wadi Gaza, to the known shelters.

Displaced families face significant difficulties transporting the elderly and sick and their basic needs, especially since the occupation prohibits movement by vehicle, WAFA added.
