Israeli Occupation Air Force Strikes Cause Casualties in Lebanon

Beirut: The Israeli occupation air force launched attacks on southern and eastern Lebanon on Saturday evening, resulting in the death of at least one person and injuries to 17 others.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the latest strikes have increased the death toll from the day's attacks to six, as reported by the Lebanese health ministry's emergency center. One fatality and seven injuries occurred due to an airstrike on the southwestern city of Tyre.

In addition, four people were injured in an attack on Qlayleh village in the Baalbek-Hermel governorate, east Lebanon. The emergency center also noted that five individuals were injured in an air attack on Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali town in the northeastern Hermel district, with a similar number of injuries reported from an airstrike on the nearby Sarine village.

The National News Agency reported that several air attacks targeted the towns of Faron, Al-Ghandourieh, Dir Qanon Al-Nahr, Al-Halousieh, Tyr Daba, Sriefa, and Zabqin. Earlier in the day, an Israeli occupation airstrike on the southern town of Tulin resulted in the deaths of five people, including a female child, and injuries to 11 others, according to a night update from the emergency center.
