Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces arrested 30 Palestinians in the West Bank since Tuesday evening, including two women and a journalist.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Club released a joint statement revealing that the arrest campaign was heavily concentrated in Dura City, located in the Al-Khalil Governorate. This operation specifically targeted former prisoners and a journalist, while additional arrests occurred across other West Bank governorates.
The statement emphasized that Israeli occupation forces persist in executing widespread raids and attacks on detainees and their families. The operations reportedly involve direct shooting with lethal intent, use of detainees as hostages, field interrogations, and extensive vandalism and destruction of citizens' homes.
