Israeli Drones Strike Vehicle in Southern Lebanon, One Fatality Reported

Beirut: One person was killed on Thursday in an airstrike carried out by Israeli occupation aircraft on a town in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center stated that an Israeli drone targeted a vehicle on the Zaita-Bnaful road in the Saida district, resulting in one fatality in preliminary reports.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that hostile drones flew at very low altitude near the site of the airstrike. Additionally, three other drones were reported operating over the towns of Kafr Milkia and the Tafah area in southern Lebanon.

Israeli occupation forces continue their daily violations of the ceasefire declared on November 27, 2024. They have been carrying out repeated airstrikes and attacks on southern Lebanese areas while maintaining occupation of several sites and border points inside Lebanese territory. These actions are in clear and ongoing breach of UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
