Israeli Airstrikes in Northeastern Lebanon Result in 12 Fatalities

Beirut: Israeli occupation forces launched airstrikes on Lebanon's northeastern Bekaa valley, resulting in the deaths of 12 individuals and injuring eight others, as reported by the state-run NNA news agency on Tuesday. The strikes continue to affect villages in the region.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the airstrikes persist despite a US-brokered ceasefire between Israeli forces and Lebanon's Hezbollah group, which was initiated on November 27. The ongoing conflict raises concerns over the stability and effectiveness of the ceasefire agreement.
