Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Result in 47 Deaths and 388 Injuries

Gaza: The Health Authorities in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Sunday the death of 47 Palestinians and the injury of 388 others due to renewed airstrikes by the Israeli occupation over the past 24 hours.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the authorities reported that six of the deceased and more than 99 of the injured were part of aid teams. This brings the total number of casualties arriving at hospitals from designated aid distribution areas to 127 deaths and over 1,287 injuries.

The ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has persisted since October 7, 2023, has resulted in a cumulative toll of 54,927 deaths and 126,615 injured.

Earlier, the Israeli forces expanded their ground military operations east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip, and in eastern and northern Gaza, issuing new forced eviction orders to thousands of Palestinian families.

Eyewitnesses informed that Palestinian families began another cycle of displacement from Jabalya camp in the northern Gaza Strip amid intense air and ground bombardment, resulting in further casualties.
