Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Result in 44 Palestinian Deaths

GAZA CITY: At least 44 Palestinians have been killed following a series of airstrikes carried out by Israeli occupation forces targeting various locations in the Gaza Strip since early Thursday, according to reports from local authorities. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Palestinian Civil Defense released a statement indicating that its medical teams have recovered the bodies of 44 individuals, who they described as martyrs. Among those killed were 17 Palestinians who perished during an air raid on the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp located in central Gaza Strip. The statement further detailed that eight Palestinians, responsible for safeguarding humanitarian aid, lost their lives when their vehicle was struck in northwestern Rafah City. In addition, seven individuals were reported dead in west Khan Yunis, another location within central Gaza. In a separate incident, the report noted that 10 Palestinians were killed when an airstrike targeted their residence on Al-Jalaa Street in northwestern Gaza City. The Palestinian Civil Defense also reported that two additional individuals were killed, and several more were injured, during an attack at Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, with the injured being transported to Al-Ouda Hospital for treatment.
