Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Result in 19 Palestinian Casualties

Gaza: At least 19 Palestinians were killed and others injured in Israeli occupation airstrikes on Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip on Saturday morning, according to Palestinian media reports.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the air raids targeted civilian homes and tents for displaced people in Khan Yunis. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli occupation warplanes bombed the home of the Al-Bayram family in the Khan Yunis refugee camp, resulting in the deaths of 11 Palestinians, including children.

The report further noted that eight additional individuals were killed in Israeli occupation airstrikes on various areas in Khan Yunis. This incident is part of a larger pattern of violence; since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have been involved in actions in the Gaza Strip that have resulted in more than 170,000 citizens being killed or wounded, the majority of whom are children and women.
