Beirut: Israeli warplanes raided a house in eastern Lebanon on Wednesday, demolishing it and killing seven people, the official National News Agency reported. The airstrike occurred in the town of Al-Ain in the Baalbek region, leaving two more individuals wounded. The Israeli aircraft extended their operations to other areas, including Temnin Al-Tahta and Kfar-Dan, as well as the surroundings of the northeastern town of Al-Hermel, which is located farther north of Baalbek. According to Kuwait News Agency, in the south, Israeli warplanes targeted the industrial zone in the town of Kfar-Rumman and struck Mahrouneh, where a mosque was hit and demolished. The market town of Al-Khiam also came under attack. Since September 23, Lebanon has been witnessing fierce and wide-scale assaults by the occupation forces, resulting in significant casualties and injuries. These attacks have caused extensive damage and destruction, particularly affecting the southern and eastern regions and the suburbs of the capital.
