Beirut: One person was killed in a fresh airstrike by Israeli occupying forces on a home in south Lebanon on Saturday, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health. The air raid targeted a home in the Wata Al-Khiam area, resulting in the fatality.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the ministry's emergency center confirmed the attack and reported the death. In addition to the airstrike, Israeli occupying forces launched an artillery attack on Aita Al-Shaab in the Bint Jbeil District on the same day.
Israeli occupation warplanes have recently increased their attacks on towns in southern Lebanon, despite a ceasefire agreement on November 27 between the Israeli occupation and Hezbollah.
