Baghdad: Iraq is focusing on strengthening its economic ties with Kuwait, as emphasized by Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Sudani. Kuwait's Ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Zaman, shared this development, highlighting the mutual interest in fostering economic integration between the two nations within the framework of shared interests.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Ambassador Zaman conveyed that these discussions occurred during a meeting with Prime Minister Al-Sudani in Baghdad. The meeting centered on enhancing bilateral relations, particularly in the economic and investment sectors. Al-Sudani underscored Iraq's commitment to creating a conducive investment environment for both Arab and foreign companies, with special emphasis on Kuwaiti businesses, aiming to capitalize on available opportunities.
