Tehran: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian vowed on Monday evening to launch a more painful response to the Israeli occupation's aggressions, warning of the ramifications of its continued risks. The Turkish president made the remark during a phone call with Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tareq, the Iranian Presidency said in a press release.
According to Kuwait News Agency, President Pezeshkian warned that should the US Administration fail to prevent the Zionist entity from expanding regional insecurity, then Iran would have to respond in a stronger, more painful, and wider way. The Iranian president criticized the US for allegedly supporting what he described as criminal acts committed by the Israeli occupation.
Tehran and several other Iranian cities have been under attack by Israeli occupying forces since early Friday.
