Kuwait City: The Iranian navy announced on Friday that it intercepted a British destroyer in the Sea of Oman, accusing it of engaging in "spying" activities and compelling it to alter its course.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Iranian navy reported that the British vessel was detected last night as it entered the northern Indian Ocean. The Iranian forces claimed that the destroyer's mission involved directing Israeli occupation missiles towards Iranian territories. In response, Iranian drones were deployed to issue direct warnings to the British ship, successfully preventing it from advancing towards the Arabian Gulf waters.
The Iranian navy stated that as a result of their intervention, the British destroyer was forced to change its course. However, British authorities have not confirmed this incident.
