Tehran: Iran launched a new barrage of missiles and drones toward the Israeli occupation on Sunday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Iranian state television reported that "the third day of Operation True Promise 3 began a short while ago with the launch of dozens of Iranian missiles and drones deep into the occupied territories." The report stated that the missiles and drones successfully penetrated the Israeli occupation's air defense fortifications, hitting targets in Tel Aviv and other occupied cities.
The Iranian capital, Tehran, along with other cities, has been under large-scale attack by Israeli occupation forces since dawn last Friday. Iran responded with a significant missile attack on the occupied territory, escalating the conflict between the two sides.
Iran has also announced the death of several high-ranking officials, including the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hossein Salami, along with a group of Guard commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians. The attacks have targeted vital nuclear facilities and residential areas across Iran, further intensifying the situation.
