Tehran: Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) announced on Tuesday that Internet speed has been reduced nationwide owing to the country's current circumstances. "The Ministry of Communications announced that internet speed has been reduced due to the current circumstances and access to some applications has been restricted," the TCI said in a statement to Iran's ISNA news agency.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the statement added that there are no problems in the communication field in the country as its network is multi-layered and communications are stable nationwide. Tehran and several other Iranian cities have been under airstrikes by Israeli occupying forces since early Friday.
