The Institute of Public Administration became the first government institute in the GCC to obtain the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation.
The institute obtained this accreditation for its coaching program (level 1).
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute for Public Administration said that the programme was an integrated training programme aimed at developing the coaching skills of managers and department heads in the public and private sectors and enabling them to guide their employees towards institutional goals.
She added that the programme also helps to develop institutional performance and contributes to increasing
efficiency in the public and private sectors.
Dr. Shaikha Rana said the institute's strategy is based on making all its services and programs aligned with national visions and strategies and with international standards.
