Riyadh: The Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve Development Authority is participating in the Esri MENA User Conference 2026, held in Riyadh on January 20-21, bringing together leading experts, specialists, and decision-makers in geospatial technologies and geointelligence.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority's participation includes a pavilion showcasing key projects and technological applications, most notably the Al-Urumah Observatory, geospatial intelligence technologies, and rangeland management initiatives. This reflects its commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to support environmental sustainability and enhance decision-making efficiency.

The authority aims to highlight the geospatial platforms and systems it uses for wildlife monitoring, tracking vegetation cover, and reserve management. It further seeks to exchange expertise with regional entities, learn best practices in geographic information systems applications, and build strategic partnerships with technology companies and specialized research centers.
