HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the President of the Russian Federation

Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Russian Federation, HE Vladimir Putin, on Russia's Independence Day.
