First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has received a cable of congratulations from Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Shaikh Thamer bin Jaber Al Ahmed Al Sabah on the issuance of a royal decree appointing him as Board of Directors Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA).
