Health Officials Conduct Comprehensive Inspections During Eid al-Adha


Kuwait: Health officials from the Ministry of Health conducted thorough inspections of hospitals and health centers across the country on Friday to ensure continuous healthcare services during the Eid al-Adha holiday. These visits, led by Minister Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi, were part of the ministry’s commitment to maintain efficient healthcare operations during official holidays.



According to Kuwait News Agency, the inspections focused on the readiness of technical departments, the overall preparedness of facilities, and the availability of medical supplies. Eng. Adel Al-Rashidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Health Affairs, highlighted the crucial role of digital infrastructure in enhancing service quality. Abdulrahman Al-Fares, Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, emphasized the need for high coordination during holidays to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.



During the visit to Al-Sabah Hospital, Dr. Munther Al-Hasawi, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health Affairs, pointed out the significance of continuing preventive services even during holiday periods. Meanwhile, Khalid Al-Yassin, Assistant Undersecretary for Medicines and Medical Equipment, assured that maintaining adequate medical supplies during Eid was a top priority.



At Al-Adan Hospital, Dr. Abdullah Al-Fares reviewed the hospital’s preparations and lauded the staff’s quick response and dedication. Concurrently, Dr. Hisham Kalander evaluated the emergency services at Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital, reinforcing the facility’s essential role in guaranteeing healthcare access.



Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Tasha at Jahra Hospital discussed logistical support strategies, while Dr. Ahmad Asad inspected the readiness of dental clinics during Eid. Both officials commended the medical teams for their unwavering dedication. The ministry officials expressed their gratitude to the healthcare staff for their commitment to providing 24-hour services, ensuring that public health needs are met even during festive periods.
