According to Kuwait News Agency, the ministry's Emergency Operations Center stated that the Israeli occupation forces launched an airstrike targeting a vehicle on the main road of Al-Baysariyeh town in the Sidon area, resulting in the death of one person.
The statement further noted that Israeli occupation forces continue to target towns, vehicles, and motorcycles, and highlighted that the recent period has witnessed an escalation in Israeli attacks on Lebanon despite the ceasefire agreement that came into effect in November 2024.
