Gaza: Hamas on Thursday set free three Israeli occupation prisoners, including two female soldiers, and five Thai workers, who had been in captivity in Gaza for 15 months. The freed prisoners were handed over to the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) as part of the recently concluded ceasefire deal between Hamas and the Israeli occupation.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the handover took place at two different areas at Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza Strip, eyewitnesses reported. In return, 110 Palestinian prisoners and detainees, more than 30 of whom are children, are set to be freed later in the day.
