Cairo: A delegation of Palestine's Hamas arrived in Cairo on Tuesday for consultation on ceasefire talks in the besieged Gaza Strip, Egypt's local media reported.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the visit of the Hamas delegation follows a period of stalled negotiations, as stated by the AlQahera News channel.
The discussions in Cairo aim to push for the resumption of negotiations and progress towards achieving a ceasefire deal. Egypt, in coordination with all parties involved, is making concentrated efforts to bridge differences and establish a temporary truce in the Strip. These efforts also focus on ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza's population.
