Berlin: German Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius announced that Germany will deliver two additional Patriot systems to Ukraine following an agreement with the United States.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Pistorius stated in a press release that the U.S. commitment allows Germany to initially provide Ukraine with launchers, followed by additional Patriot system components. The minister noted that Germany will receive two new Patriot systems from the U.S., and Ukraine is set to receive additional systems in the coming months.
Germany has already contributed three Patriot systems to Ukraine as part of its ongoing support. The decision to supply more systems underscores the collaborative efforts between Germany and the U.S. in assisting Ukraine's defense capabilities.
