GCCJPPI Chief Touts Saudi Media Forum as Vision Exchange Platform

Riyadh: Director-General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Joint Program Production Institution (GCCJPPI) Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Saba commended the Saudi Media Forum as a platform to share regional and global media views and visions.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Sheikh Mubarak made these remarks in a press statement while attending the fourth edition of the forum. He highlighted the participation of influential figures from all walks of life in this pan-GCC media gathering.

Sheikh Mubarak expressed pride in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's hosting of this significant event, seeing it as a point of pride for all Gulf people.

He also praised the exhibition held alongside the forum, noting it as an opportunity for participants to update themselves on new media technologies, including artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

The Saudi Media Forum, which took place from February 19-21, underscores the Kingdom's leadership in the global media landscape. It aims to support innovation and the development of modern technologies in the media industry, build strategic partnerships with media organizations both locally and internationally, and enhance the role of media as a tool for sustainable development.
