Jassem Al-Budaiwi:udaiwi, Secretary General of the GCC, welcomed on Saturday for the completion of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, leading to a peace agreement.
According to Kuwait News Agency, he wished that this agreement would represent a new phase in building strong relations based on cooperation and mutual respect, characterised by security and stability between the two friendly countries.
